Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Resolve patient complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to streamline processes and enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and resolutions in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating patient events, health education sessions, or community outreach programs to promote MediCardâs services.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, patient rights, and industry best practices to provide informed and proactive support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a healthcare-related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving patient concerns.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, patient rights, and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
