Responsibility
- Serve as the primary scientific resource for neurology and ophthalmology, providing expert insights to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical institutions to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Support clinical trials and research initiatives by providing scientific input and facilitating site selection and patient recruitment.
- Deliver high-impact medical presentations and educational programs to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information dissemination.
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends, clinical data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure medical accuracy in promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in medical conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings to represent DKSH and gather insights.
- Provide medical training and support to internal teams to enhance their understanding of therapeutic areas and product portfolios.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a related life sciences field (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, or similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong expertise in neurology, ophthalmology, or both, with a deep understanding of current treatments, clinical trials, and emerging therapies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and academic institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights.
- Experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
