Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality measurement frameworks to assess and improve community care services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and NGOs to align quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead and facilitate sector-wide workshops and training sessions on quality measurement and compliance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support the design and execution of community care excellence initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure continuous quality improvement across programs.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing quality measurement systems in healthcare or community care settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and quality management software.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
