Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Manage and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing instruments, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff to optimize clinic workflow.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, filing insurance claims, and processing payments.
- Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and post-visit care instructions with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist in basic medical procedures under the supervision of nurses or doctors, such as wound dressing or specimen collection.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, basic computer applications, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain it.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Demonstrated compassion, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive patient information.
