Responsibility
- Provide in-home nursing care for infants and young children, including health monitoring, feeding support, and developmental assessments.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Administer basic medical care, such as wound dressing, medication management, and vital sign checks, under professional guidance.
- Educate families on child health, nutrition, hygiene, and safety practices to promote long-term well-being.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of child health progress, care activities, and any concerns for review by supervisors.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in pediatric homecare.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery or Nursing with a focus on pediatric care.
- Valid certification as a midwife or nurse in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, homecare, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of child development stages, common childhood illnesses, and preventive care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with families and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying home environments.
- CPR and first aid certification for infants and children (preferred).
- Passion for improving childcare standards and a commitment to ethical, compassionate practice.
