As a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and reliability of electronic assemblies. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production of high-precision components used in various industries, from consumer electronics to industrial automation.

Responsibility
- Perform assembly, soldering, and inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain automated and manual assembly equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and wave soldering systems.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks using testing tools (e.g., AOI, X-ray, multimeter) to ensure defect-free production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflows and improve yield rates.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Assist in the training of new technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a PCBA manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.
- Strong knowledge of soldering techniques (through-hole, SMT) and IPC-A-610/620 standards.
- Experience with automated assembly equipment and quality inspection tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production software (e.g., MES, ERP).
- Good communication skills in English; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Certifications in electronics assembly (e.g., IPC, J-STD) are highly advantageous.
