Responsibility
- Operate the PC 400 excavator efficiently and safely in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems in all operational activities.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Coordinate with ground personnel and supervisors to execute loading, unloading, and material handling tasks accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Adhere to site-specific safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident work environment.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and operational hours.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior operators to uphold operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PC 400 Operator or similar heavy equipment role, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification and familiarity with Indonesian occupational safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and endurance.
