Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Verify and reconcile timesheet data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Monitor and apply changes in tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies affecting payroll.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll-related filings and audits.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, timesheet management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a global or remote team is a plus.
