Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and present detailed payroll reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company SOPs for payroll procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Maintain and update payroll databases, employee records, and timekeeping systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior payroll staff, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian payroll legislation and adjust processes accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security (BPJS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
