Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee talent mobility programs, ensuring seamless transitions for employees across global locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance IBEX’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent mobility.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of talent mobility strategies and global workforce management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
