Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal documentation with accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for staff.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related degree.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for people management, recruitment, and workplace development.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (on-site in Bali + remote).
