Responsibility

  • Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to address grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor regulations, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee rights, workplace ethics, and conflict resolution for staff and management.
  • Lead negotiations during collective bargaining processes and mediate disputes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze workplace trends, employee satisfaction, and turnover rates to recommend proactive improvements.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders regarding labor compliance and industrial relations metrics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, feedback mechanisms, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, HR compliance, or labor law, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and employment standards (e.g., UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and collective bargaining.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in HR or labor relations is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
