Responsibility

  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR remittances.
  • Calculate and process mid-month adjustments, overtime, leaves, bonuses, and final pay for departing employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee master data, bank details, and tax status.
  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and reconciliations for management review.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to monitor timekeeping data and address attendance-related discrepancies.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of payroll systems and internal audit processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefit computations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
