Responsibility

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a weekly basis.
  • Support the finance team in preparing documentation for annual audits and tax submissions.
  • Handle petty cash management and monitor office expenses.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping standards.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
