Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed.
  • Support the budget monitoring process by tracking expenditures and revenues against established budgets.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the healthcare sector or a large organization.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
