Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end payroll processing for hospital staff, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Oversee tax compliance, including withholding taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions (or equivalent Indonesian regulations).
- Prepare and file statutory reports (e.g., BIR forms, annual tax returns) in accordance with local and national regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to validate employee data, benefits, and deductions before payroll execution.
- Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and government agencies during audits or inquiries.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, labor regulations, and payroll best practices to ensure organizational adherence.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of taxation, statutory filings, and labor laws in Indonesia (or transferable expertise from the Philippines).
- Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local equivalents) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with multi-currency payroll or international workforce management is a plus.
