Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with existing HR/ERP systems.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design customized payroll solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payroll configurations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with local/regional regulations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users, including HR teams and payroll administrators, to ensure smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, working closely with technical support and development teams.
- Stay updated on global payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PHR) are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, implementation, or HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Deep understanding of payroll tax regulations, labor laws, and multi-country payroll operations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or payroll software tools. Familiarity with API integrations is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
