Responsibility
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather financial data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistency in reporting.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for property and investment holdings.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess portfolio performance and investment viability.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory filings.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and data integrity.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and consolidation accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis for investment portfolios.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
