Responsibility
- Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile payroll records with financial systems and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax deductions, benefits, and other statutory contributions.
- Support statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, income tax) in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other HR processes.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities, including bonus calculations and tax reporting.
- Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees and management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
