Responsibility
- Lead the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and adherence to financial controls.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and KPIs, presenting findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare industry financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance within the healthcare or service industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP; experience with international standards (IFRS) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
