Responsibility
- Manage and oversee financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries for construction and property development projects.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making for property development initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate financial audits and secure financing.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to optimize project profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction, real estate, or property development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
