Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support audits.
- Analyze tax implications of business transactions and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in tax software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) are a plus.
