Responsibility
- Oversee and ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through operational audits.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advisory on financial best practices and compliance.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance controllership functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, controllership, or audit roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to conduct operational audits and identify areas for process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a contract-based environment.
