In this role, you will manage end-to-end tax processes, including corporate tax reporting, compliance audits, and tax reconciliation. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, optimize tax strategies, and ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of IDR 7.38M – 8.8M per month, reflecting the importance of this function within our organization.

Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate tax returns in compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct tax audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Assist in tax planning and strategy development to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and consultants to resolve tax-related inquiries and disputes.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and regulations and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
- Maintain and update tax documentation and records for internal and external reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting with tax implications considered.
- Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders on transactions, investments, and business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA, or CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably in the cosmetics, retail, or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., PPN, PPh, withholding taxes).
- Proficient in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local tax applications).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
- Experience in handling tax audits and disputes with tax authorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
