Responsibility
- Process and manage payroll for employees in compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and financial transactions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
