Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow to support financial planning and reporting.
- Process and record receipts, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct regular audits of cash accounts to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
