Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution.
- Handle daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of cash flows.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including cash flow statements and accounts payable aging reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency with internal records.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, cashiering, or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
