Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and subsidiary accounts.
- Process daily transactions, such as invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support audits by compiling necessary documentation and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
