Responsibility

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Handle administrative duties such as correspondence, scheduling, and office management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline business operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
