Responsibility
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax information.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll documents and tax filings.
- Monitor and reconcile payroll discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with UK payroll regulations is a plus.
