Responsibility
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support the accounting team in audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Monitor and report on financial performance to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
