Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable operations, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the PTP function.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, and IT, to streamline AP processes and integrate best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international financial standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance, aging analysis, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
