Responsibility
- Monitor and process daily payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of financial data between internal systems and external partners (banks, payment gateways, etc.).
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payment records with minimal supervision.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Customer Support) to streamline payment operations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of payment processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls in all financial transactions.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in payment workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, banking processes, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SQL, or payment gateways is a plus.
