Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Supervisor in overseeing daily operations of the pawnshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Manage customer transactions, including pawn loans, redemptions, and interest payments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, customer interactions, and inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in the preparation of reports, financial statements, and other administrative documents as required by the branch management.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of pawned items, including verification, storage, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, customer service, or financial services, preferably within a pawnshop or banking environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with financial or administrative software is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
