Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with team members to track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of project-related materials.
- Support the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports under supervision.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays to the project manager.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and office supply management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices is advantageous.
