Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage contracts, asset records, and ownership documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to verify and update transaction documentation.
- Maintain a centralized database of asset and contract records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare and review transaction files for auctions, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Monitor deadlines and milestones for contract renewals, terminations, and asset transfers.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues in documentation by conducting thorough reviews and follow-ups.
- Generate reports on transaction statuses, document completeness, and compliance metrics.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, asset management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high productivity.
- Familiarity with legal or financial terminology related to contracts and asset transactions is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
