Responsibility

- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including personal details, treatment plans, and payment information.
- Process payments, insurance claims, and financial transactions with precision.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and clinic operations.
- Assist in inventory management of front desk supplies and dental products.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of basic dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
