Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of Quality Control (QC) documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with QC teams to ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and tracking of QC samples and inventory.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, etc.) to facilitate smooth QC workflows and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the scheduling of inspections, audits, and calibration activities for equipment and materials.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of QC-related documents.
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, or dashboards for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all QC data in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in administrative support, QC, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with QC standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, etc.) is highly advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in SMEs or manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
