Responsibility
- Manage and prioritize the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Board of Directors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and organize board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for executive events, conferences, and business engagements.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues to streamline executive workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
