Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all administrative documentation is up-to-date and confidential.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic workflows.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries as needed.
- Assist in organizing patient files, medical reports, and other clinic documentation.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical software or electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
