Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and patient record updates using clinic software.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing communications as needed.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in inventory management for front desk supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any administrative needs.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA or local patient privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with clinic management software is advantageous.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
