Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic procedures.
- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families regarding clinic procedures and expectations.
- Assist medical staff with administrative tasks, including preparing patient files and processing referrals.
- Handle inquiries and resolve patient concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic administrative software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
