Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and usage of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in sales and distribution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
