Responsibility
- Perform frontline patient registration, including verification of personal and insurance details with 100% accuracy.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using clinic management systems.
- Process payment collections, billing inquiries, and financial transactions in compliance with hospital policies.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and families regarding clinic procedures, wait times, and follow-up care.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of patient records in accordance with HIPAA and local healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinic workflow and patient throughput.
- Handle urgent requests and escalations with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including inventory management of clinic supplies and waiting area organization.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient services, front desk operations, or healthcare administration.
- Proficient in medical terminology, clinic software (e.g., Epic, Cerner), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is advantageous.
