As a Patient Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth administrative processes, coordinating appointments, and providing compassionate assistance to enhance the patient experience. Whether youβre based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, your contributions will directly impact the quality of care and operational efficiency of healthcare services in Bali.

Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, verifying personal and insurance information with accuracy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff as needed.
- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Process billing and payments, providing clear explanations of charges and payment options.
- Assist patients with inquiries, offering guidance on services, procedures, and facility policies.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
