Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate endoscopy and OT scheduling to ensure timely patient care.
- Liaise with medical staff, patients, and departments to streamline appointment bookings and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and administrative documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide compassionate and professional communication to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative coordination, including patient preparation and recovery support.
- Monitor and update departmental workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce wait times.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant practices in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Bachelorâs degree preferred).
- Proven experience in medical administration, patient coordination, or hospital frontline roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in medical software systems (e.g., EHR, scheduling tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
