Responsibility
- Assist with patient registration, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals for patients across inpatient and outpatient services.
- Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Support front-desk operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests.
- Assist in organizing patient flow to minimize wait times and enhance overall clinic/hospital efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to prepare patient documentation and ensure readiness for consultations or procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as hospitals, clinics, or medical offices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic administrative software (e.g., EMR systems).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
