Responsibility
- Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare clients, including medical coding, billing, and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with international healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize healthcare BPO workflows and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve patient data discrepancies with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members on clinical processes and systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, and EHR systems.
- Generate reports and insights to enhance decision-making for healthcare providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical healthcare, medical coding, or BPO operations.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience with healthcare data management and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
- Certifications in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) are a plus.
- Familiarity with US/UK/Australian healthcare systems is advantageous.
