Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular product presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper use of company products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and address potential challenges.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including call reports, expense reports, and territory analyses, to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and execute promotional events, medical conferences, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely product delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field. A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and the healthcare market in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a territory independently.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
