Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up consultations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Conduct medical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications or therapies.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and protocols to ensure evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Medical Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare IT tools.
